Introduction
Ola Mana Ohana is a small locally owned family business in Hawaii, incorporated in 2006. It is the parent company to Stars Above Hawaii, Starlight Express Tours, and the Rising Star Gift Shop. It’s name means “Inner Strength of the Working Family.”
Below we present a brief overview of our family businesses under the Ola Mana Ohana, LLC umbrella. Stars Above Hawaii
Stars Above Hawaii has become known as Hawaii’s Gateway to the Stars for Evening Entertainment. It is recognized world-wide as a professional star show program, owned and operated by a NASA Ambassador and astronomer. It provides charitable contributions to the local community with donations in cash, equipment and fund raising star show certificates. Stars Above Hawaii has been written about in many newsletters and magazines, and has been identified multiple times as one of Hawaii’s Most Charitable companies by Hawaii Business Magazine.
Literally, thousands and thousands of people of all ages from all over the world have attended our star shows, located on the remotest islands in the world, on a beach in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.
Join us where YOU are the Star Explorer touring the galaxy with a giant telescope and a NASA Ambassador as your guide to the Moon, planets, stars, galaxies and more. Star show also includes a laser light tour of the constellations with their mythologies, astronomy facts and NASA updates, as well as on Polynesian star navigation Wayfinding and the Hawaii star lines!
Starlight Express Tours
After a decade of growth and increasing stability with Stars Above Hawaii, we created Starlight Express Tours in 2018.
At Starlight Express Tours you book your tour activity or attraction experience directly with the tour operator – whales, dolphins, boat cruises, surfing, sailing and much more – providing you with fast immediate direct access to make your reservation. No mark ups, no middle person.
Rising Star Gift Shop
The Rising Star Gift Shop was an inevitable outcome of the Stars Above Hawaii success. Our star explorers would periodically ask if we had any t-shirts or baseball caps to purchase as a souvenir. After a few years we opened our gift shop, the Rising Star Gift Shop, in 2021.
At the Rising Star Gift Shop you have access to clothing apparel, beach / yoga / sports towels, puzzles, artwork and home decor, hats, bags and more. Reach for the rising stars, Hawaiian style!
